Services:

• I provide IT support, system installations, web setup, and AI integration services.
• All services are provided “as-is.” I aim for high quality but cannot guarantee perfection or compatibility in all cases.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services.
• Ensure you have permission to modify/install software or hardware on any systems you ask us to work on.

Pricing & Changes:

• Prices are subject to change. I will always communicate price updates before starting any work.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability:

I am not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service outages caused by third-party systems or user error.

Websites and Social Media Management:

Website hosting is subject to be shut down if fees are not within 14 days of the due date. Payments for social media management and website hosting are all due on the first of every month, to be paid immediately upon the start date of the service.
