Blink Home Security Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The winner must reside within a one (1) hour driving radius of our main operating location in order to claim the full prize, including free professional installation. Entries from outside of this radius will be disqualified.
• Employees of Zaxx Tech Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must complete all of the following steps on the original Zaxx Tech Solutions Facebook giveaway post:

• Share the original Facebook post (public share — not to a private story).
• Invite at least one (1) friend to follow the Zaxx Tech Solutions Facebook page.
• Like the original Facebook post.
• Follow the Zaxx Tech Solutions Facebook page.
• Comment on the original post once all steps above are complete. Your comment is how we confirm your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Entries must be completed before the winner selection time listed in Section 5.

3. Prize Details

The winner may choose between the following two prize options based on what fits their household best:

The winner must choose Option A or Option B within 7 days of being notified. No cash equivalent will be provided, and the prize is not exchangeable for any other product or service of equal value outside the two options above.

4. Professional Installation

• Installation will be performed by Zaxx Tech Solutions, licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS #11-30241).
• The installation appointment will be scheduled within two (2) weeks of the winner announcement, subject to the winner's availability and weather conditions.
• The winner must provide safe and legal access to the property, adequate Wi-Fi coverage at intended camera locations, and power outlets where required. Any additional wiring, network upgrades, or construction work needed to complete the install is not included in this giveaway.
• Free installation is only included for winners who meet the residency requirement described in Section 1.

5. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the entry deadline announced on the original Facebook post.
• The winner will be announced on Friday of the same week the giveaway is posted on the Zaxx Tech Solutions Facebook page.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

6. Notification & Claim

• The winner will be notified by Facebook direct message and/or comment tag on the original giveaway post.
• The winner must respond and claim the prize within 3 days of notification. If the winner does not respond in time, Zaxx Tech Solutions reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• The winner may be asked to provide a name, mailing/service address, and phone number to coordinate installation.

7. Prize Transfer

We understand not everyone needs a new home security system. If the winner already has home security in place, they may gift the prize to a friend or family member. The original winner must notify Zaxx Tech Solutions in writing (Facebook message or email) of the intended recipient. The recipient must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1 and will be subject to the same installation terms in Section 4.

8. General Terms

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
• By entering, participants release Facebook and Meta from any and all liability related to this giveaway.
• By entering, participants agree that Zaxx Tech Solutions may publicly announce the winner's Facebook name on our page and in follow-up posts.
• Zaxx Tech Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably determines is fraudulent, automated, or otherwise not in the spirit of the promotion.
• All decisions by Zaxx Tech Solutions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final.
• Zaxx Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the prize as described.
• The giveaway is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
