Welcome to Zaxx Tech Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at zaxxtechsolutions.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Zaxx Tech Solutions provides technology services including, but not limited to: commercial and home security system installation, custom PC builds, website development and hosting, Starlink installation, Google Business Profile management, social media marketing, and IT support.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, scope, and individual project requirements. Service pricing is provided as a quote or listed on our website and may be subject to change.

2. Website Hosting Services

For customers using our $0 Website Launch or website hosting services:

• Websites are hosted on our own servers. We maintain and manage all hosting infrastructure.
• The monthly service fee ($40/month or as quoted) covers hosting, maintenance, and standard support.
• You retain ownership of your business content (text, logos, images you provide). Website code and design created by Zaxx Tech Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

3. Security System Installation

Zaxx Tech Solutions is licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS #11-30241). Our security installation services are performed in accordance with applicable Virginia laws and regulations.

• Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not provide separate equipment warranties unless explicitly stated.
• Zaxx Tech Solutions provides a 30-day limited workmanship warranty on our installation, assembly and service labor, beginning on the date the work is completed. If you experience an issue related to our workmanship during this period, contact us and we will address it.
• Individual equipment and computer components remain covered by their applicable manufacturer warranties, which are separate from our workmanship warranty.
• Customer-supplied equipment is not warranted by Zaxx Tech Solutions, but our installation labor on it is covered by the 30-day limited workmanship warranty.
• Security systems reduce risk but do not eliminate it. We are not liable for losses resulting from criminal activity, system malfunctions, or events beyond our control.

4. Custom PC Builds

Custom PC builds are assembled using components selected based on your requirements and budget. Component warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We stand behind our assembly work and will address any workmanship-related issues. See Section 13 below for the full Buyer Support & Limited Warranty terms that apply to all computers sold by Zaxx Tech Solutions.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms vary by service and are communicated at the time of engagement.
• Recurring services (website hosting, Google Business Profile management, social media management) are billed monthly at the agreed-upon rate.
• Non-payment of recurring services may result in suspension after reasonable notice.
• Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program pays $50 or more per successful referral. A "successful referral" means the referred customer completes a purchase or signs up for a service. Referral payouts are made after the referred customer's transaction is completed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaxx Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Zaxx Tech Solutions or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

9. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the site's functionality or security
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the site without permission

10. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Buyer Support & Limited Warranty — Computers

Every computer sold by Zaxx Tech Solutions is thoroughly tested, stress-tested, and confirmed to be fully functional before delivery. Windows, drivers, and applicable updates are installed so the system is ready to use.

30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty

Your purchase includes a 30-day limited hardware warranty covering defects in the hardware installed by Zaxx Tech Solutions under normal residential use.

If a covered hardware component fails during the warranty period, Zaxx Tech Solutions will diagnose the issue and, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no labor cost.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

• Damage caused by drops, impacts, spills, pets, smoke, insects, or other physical abuse.
• Power surges, lightning, improper electrical wiring, or use without appropriate surge protection.
• Software issues, viruses, malware, accidental deletion of files, operating system corruption, or user-installed software.
• Overclocking, BIOS modifications, hardware modifications, cryptocurrency mining, or any misuse outside normal operation.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or disassembly by anyone other than Zaxx Tech Solutions.
• Compatibility issues with third-party peripherals, accessories, games, or software.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
• Normal wear and tear.

Performance Disclaimer

Game performance varies depending on game updates, graphics settings, drivers, internet connection, and future hardware requirements. FPS numbers shown or discussed are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Due to the nature of custom-built and refurbished computers, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for buyer's remorse, compatibility concerns, changes of mind, or issues excluded under this warranty.

If a covered hardware defect is found during the warranty period and cannot be reasonably repaired, Zaxx Tech Solutions may, at its sole discretion, replace the affected component or provide another comparable solution.

Ongoing Support

Free basic troubleshooting advice is available after purchase by phone, text, or email. Services requiring on-site visits, extensive diagnostics, software cleanup, data recovery, upgrades, installations, or repairs outside the warranty coverage may be subject to normal service rates.

By purchasing a computer from Zaxx Tech Solutions, the buyer acknowledges that they have inspected (or had the opportunity to inspect) the computer, understand the terms of this Limited Warranty, and agree to the conditions above.
