CAT6 Structured Cabling

Security Camera Prewire

Four exterior camera locations were prewired during the rough-in so the cameras can be mounted and connected cleanly once the exterior finishes are complete — no fishing cable through finished walls later.

Whole-Home Audio

Six speaker-wire runs were routed for distributed audio, giving the homeowner the option to add in-ceiling or in-wall speakers in the finished home without opening up walls after move-in.

Point-to-Point Network Connectivity

Cabling and mounting provisions were planned for four Ubiquiti Loco 5AC point-to-point devices — infrastructure to extend connectivity across the property in a later phase. The radios themselves are not part of this rough-in.
